Marathon Training Update

Six miles down!


This week the running schedule looks like this:
Tuesday- 3 miles
Thursday- 5 miles
Friday- 3 miles
Sunday- 8 miles

I have heard a lot of ohh-ing and ahh-ing
about achy and tired legs after that 6-miler on Sunday.
Very proud of my running team though!
They're doing great!
